Paragraph formatting lost due to paragraph mark unrecoverable paragr. mark.
Cause:
The paragraph mark that contains the formatting information was deleted earlier.
Solution:
Display the paragraph marks and copy an existing paragraph mark to the paragraph.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options menu appears.
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Select the 'Paragraph Marks' check box in the 'Nonprinting Characters' section. (This displays all paragraph marks in the document.)
4) Click 'OK'.
5) Locate a paragraph that is correctly formatted.
6) Select the preceding paragraph mark.
7) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
8) Position the insertion point in front of the INCORRECTLY formatted paragraph.
9) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
